It's less about price and more about how much is made for you: custom cabinetry and panel-ready appliances, full-slab backsplashes, a range wall with a custom hood, a working island with prep sink, a beverage or coffee station, and lighting designed in layers for cooking, entertaining and mood.
Pro-grade appliances often need upgraded electrical service, larger gas lines and make-up air for high-output hoods. We plan those requirements in the design phase so they're in the fixed price, not a surprise during construction.
Stone fabricators, appliance installers, lighting and millwork all run through your one project lead. You approve the design and slabs; we coordinate the rest. Many luxury kitchens also include a layout change and custom cabinets.

How much does a luxury kitchen remodel cost?
Most of our luxury kitchen remodels cost $150,000 to $250,000 or more. Appliance packages, slab selection and the amount of custom millwork drive most of the range.
How long does a luxury kitchen remodel take?
Construction usually takes 14–20 weeks. We order appliances and slabs early, since their lead times often set the schedule.
Do pro-grade appliances need special electrical or gas work?
Often, yes. Large ranges may need a bigger gas line or a 50-amp circuit, and high-output hoods may need make-up air. We check your panel and gas service at the consult and include upgrades in the price.
Can I choose my own stone slabs?
Yes. We'll go with you to the slab yard or send you with our layout, then plan the seams and veining before fabrication.
Do I need a permit for a luxury kitchen remodel?
Yes. New circuits, gas lines, ventilation and any wall changes need a building permit. We prepare the drawings, file it and meet the inspectors.
Why use a design-build firm for a luxury kitchen?
High-end kitchens have the most coordination between trades. With design-build, the team that draws it also prices and builds it, so details are solved on paper, not on site.
