Construction takes 3 to 8 weeks, and the whole project, from signed contract to final inspection, usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, including 2 to 6 weeks of permit review when plumbing or wiring moves. Bathroom remodeling on the Eastside
One team handles the whole job: measuring, 3D design, permits, demolition, plumbing and electrical rough-in, a waterproofing membrane behind every wet wall, tile, vanity, fixtures, glass, lighting and the final inspection. You get one fixed price and one project lead from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
Many bathrooms in pre-2000 Eastside homes hide failed waterproofing behind the tile. We plan for that up front and rebuild wet areas with a full membrane system such as Schlüter Kerdi, so the new shower stays dry for decades.
When the designer and the builder are the same company, the drawings are priced as they're drawn. You never pay for a design you can't afford to build, and change orders drop because the crew helped plan the job.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Bellevue and the Eastside?
Most of our Eastside bathroom remodels cost $12,000 to $80,000 or more. A hall bath refresh runs $12,000–$28,000, a walk-in shower conversion $15,000–$35,000, a wet room $25,000–$55,000, a full primary bath $35,000–$65,000 and a luxury primary suite $55,000–$80,000+. Moving plumbing adds $3,000–$12,000.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Construction takes 3–4 weeks for a hall bath and 5–8 weeks for a primary bath. From signed contract to final inspection, most projects take 8–12 weeks: about 2–3 weeks of design, 2–6 weeks of permit review, then the build.
Do I need a permit to remodel my bathroom?
Yes, if you move plumbing, add electrical circuits or change walls. Swapping a vanity, toilet or light fixture in place usually doesn't need one. We prepare the drawings, file the permit and meet the inspector.
Can I live at home while you remodel my only bathroom?
Yes, with planning. We sequence the work to keep the toilet usable as long as possible and can arrange a temporary toilet if needed. Most clients with a second bathroom notice little disruption.
Should I replace my tub with a walk-in shower?
In a primary bath, a walk-in shower is what most buyers want. Keep at least one tub in the house if you have young children or may sell to families. See our walk-in shower conversions.
