Luxury master bathroom
It's how much is built for you: a steam shower with a bench and multiple heads, a freestanding tub with a floor-mounted filler, slab or large-format stone walls, a heated floor, towel warmers, a custom floating vanity with lit mirrors, and lighting designed in layers.
Premium fixtures from Kohler, Brizo or Hansgrohe can add $5,000–$15,000 over builder-grade. Steam showers need a vapor-proof enclosure and a dedicated circuit, and stone needs a stiffer floor. We plan all of it in design so it's in the fixed price.
Stone fabricators, glass, electrical and steam installers all run through your one project lead. Many luxury bathrooms also become wet rooms.

How much does a luxury master bathroom cost?
Most of our luxury master bathrooms cost $55,000 to $80,000 or more. Stone, steam, glass and fixture brands drive most of the range.
How long does a luxury bathroom remodel take?
Construction usually takes 5–8 weeks or more. Stone and custom glass lead times often set the schedule, so we order them early.
Can you add a steam shower to my bathroom?
Usually, yes. A steam shower needs a sealed, vapor-proof enclosure, a sloped ceiling, a steam generator in a nearby closet or vanity, and a dedicated electrical circuit. We check all of that at the consult.
Can I live at home while you remodel my only bathroom?
Yes, with planning. We sequence the work to keep the toilet usable as long as possible and can arrange a temporary toilet if needed. Most clients with a second bathroom notice little disruption.
Do I need a permit for a luxury bathroom remodel?
Yes. New circuits, steam, heated floors and plumbing changes need permits and inspections. We handle them.
