Iโm John, founder of Renovision Design & Build in Bellevue, WA. Since 2023, I have served as a licensed general contractor, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, ADU construction, basement remodeling, and deck and patio projects for homeowners in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, and the greater Seattle area.
My design-build team manages each project from initial consultation to final walkthrough, with the same in-house crew handling both design and construction. I have completed over 100 remodeling projects throughout the region.
OUR STORY
Renovision Design & Build was founded in 2023 to address a common problem in residential remodeling: homeowners can hire a capable contractor, agree on the scope of work, and still have a frustrating experience because of poor communication, unclear schedules, and inconsistent project management.

Renovision was created around a more homeowner-focused approach. Each project is managed through a coordinated design-build process that brings planning, construction, scheduling, and communication together under one team. Homeowners know who is responsible, what stage their project is in, and what comes next.

The company serves Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, and communities throughout the greater Seattle area. Its work includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, ADUs, basement conversions, and outdoor living projects.

MEET THE OWNER
For Yotam Lubelchik, a successful remodel is measured by more than the finished space. It is also measured by how well the homeowner is treated throughout the process.

Before starting Renovision Design & Build, Yotam worked in residential remodeling and project management, coordinating projects with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Growing up with a structural engineer as a father also gave him an early understanding of construction, planning, and the value of completing work correctly.

Today, Yotam remains directly involved in every Renovision project. He participates in the initial consultation, helps guide planning and major project decisions, monitors progress during construction, and stays connected through the final evaluation.

His hands-on role helps keep consistent communication and gives homeowners direct access to the person responsible for their remodeling experience.
I donโt believe in being the cheapest contractor. I believe in delivering the best overall experience by combining quality workmanship, clear communication, and a finished result that homeowners can be proud of for years to come.
With design and construction managed by the same company, any design decisions impacting cost or schedule are resolved internally. You will not need to mediate disputes between separate vendors.
Yotam remains engaged in every project from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, not only during the sales stage.
Before construction begins, you will receive a photorealistic rendering of your finished space and may request changes at no additional cost before the design is finalized.
